If the recipient is not available, we will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe place or with a neighbor, or arrange for re-delivery which may incur an additional charge.

• Incorrect Address: Cog Bloom Floristry is not responsible for non-delivery or late delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery to a corrected address.

5. Refunds and Returns

• Quality Guarantee: We are committed to providing fresh, high-quality floral products. If you are not satisfied with the freshness or quality of your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.

• Resolutions: Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund. Each case will be assessed individually. As flowers are perishable goods, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a significant quality defect.
